Bruno Fadda Cori, an infant surgeon of Italian origin, decide to reinvent itself after his medical retirement and follow the steps of his great grandfather Francesco Cocco, who produced olive oil in an artisan way in the isle of Sardinia (Italy). For this purpose, acquired a land (13 hectares) in the central zone of Chile and he took a degree in Olive oil Production given by the Universidad de Chile.
With the love for the land and the affection for his familiar history, in 2006 Bruno start with the plantation of 10.000 olive trees, combined three varieties for the subsequent obtention of the desired oil.
Three years after being planted, our olive trees gave its fruits and from them we obtained our firs 100 liters of oil with an exceptional taste and scent. Over time and nowadays our production reaches approximately 30.000 liters per year, maintaining the quality of the first harvest.
The passion of his new adventure is reflected in the care and dedication with which he supervises and participates in the orchard, the productive process and in the positioning of our oil and brand in the national and international market.
Special mention should be made of our permanent and temporary collaborators, an incredible human group who have been with us from the beginning and have made this dream theirs with exceptional commitment, with infinite will and affection. Thank you all!
Our brand has been consolidating itself as a reference for quality and passion for olive oil in Chile, participating prominently in the three versions of Guía Oliva and in BAIOOC (Buenos Aires International Olive Oil Competition), obtaining a bronze medal.
